Do you want to take your fitness to the next level and train like a warrior without having to jump in the ring and fight?

Warrior fitness uses a wide range of training methods to get you in the best shape of your life. Sessions are also open to non-members of the club.

No two sessions of warrior fitness are the same, training includes the following :

Circuit training indoors or outdoors using weights, machines, kettlebells, medicine balls, trx suspension.

Outdoor functional training - tyre flipping, sledge hammers, pulling sleds, plyometrics, battling ropes

Sprints, distance runs and group running

Every session will have a new technique or piece of equipment to try to keep your body and mind guessing and making sure you don’t get complacent or hit those fitness plateaus.

Sessions are tough but leave you feeling energised and with a sense of achievement knowing you have completed such a challenging workout.

Although warrior fitness is tough, it is suitable for beginners as individuals are encouraged to work at their own pace.
