Beginner - 10th kup to 8th kup
- 1. Middle Block, Reverse Punch
- 2. Snap Punch, Reverse Punch
- 3. Side Kick
- 4. Turning kick
- 5. Snap kick, Snap kick
- 6. Hook punch, Reverse Punch
Intermediate 7th kup to 5th kup.
- 1. High Block, Reverse Punch
- 2. Double snap punch, reverse punch
- 3. Snap punch, Ridgehand
- 4. Double front kick
- 5. Side kick, Hook kick
- 6. Lead side kick, spinning side kick
Advanced 4th kup to 2nd kup
- 1. High block, reverse punch
- 2. Chop, reverse punch, step in elbow
- 3. Hook, uppercut
- 4. Jab, ridgehand - (same hand), reverse punch
- 5. Double front kick
- 6. Side kick, hook kick, spinning kick
- 7. Inward axe kick, spinning side kick
- 8. 2 step flying side kick
