£45 - 4 days/£15 single days (Friday is competition day, need to have attended on 2 other days in the week to come on Friday).

We will have sparring, patterns, games,weapons,self defense, skills & drills, musical patterns, bouncy castle wrestling. MMA & lots more.

Black Belt Dates

Belt Presentation - Wednesday 6th March 7pm

This special evening is when certificates and new belts will be formally awarded to students who successfully passed their recent gradings. Everyone is welcome to attend this event and will provide family members with a great opportunity to take photos and videos to celebrate this memorable occasion.

Master Zara Phythian Seminar 26 February 2011 - 10:30 to 14:30

You will get a great chance to train and taught by a 13 time world champion and movie screen fighter Master Zara Phythian. High Flying Kicks & Flips on the amazing Z Factor air pad! Performance skills - Cross training & conditioning for sport, reality and traditional combat.

This event is taking place at Bewdley Leisure Centre, Stourport Road,Bewdley. Speak to Jamie if you want to attend.

Xmas Class times

20th December - Todays timetable is Juniors as normal then all adults 7-8 dependant on weather of course. Tuesday - Little ninjas 5.15-6, all juniors 6-7, MMA 7-8.30. Thursday kickin kidz and juniors 5.30-6.15, weapons competition 6.15-6.45, advanced juniors 6.45-7.30, adults(last blast of the year)7.30-8.30.....thanks guys.

xmas party and presentation - Saturday 4th December - 7:30 to midnight

Saturday December 4th is the annual xmas party and presentation - we are taking pre bookings for tickets now: £3.50 members of academy, £4 non members. There will be a disco, food, games for kids, demonstrations and presentation of all the awards for the year.

Knuckle up MMA event in Bath Pavilion - Saturday 27th November

Adam Drescher, Mike Plester and Martin Kamil are fighting on the knuckle up MMA event in Bath Pavilion, tickets available at the academy to go and watch. Ask us about tickets , see previous Knuckle up success look at our MMA classes

Black Belt grading Sunday 7th November - Coventry

Black belt grading fitness test is Sunday 24th October at 11 o clock in Coventry and the actual test is Sunday 7th November at 11 o clock again in Coventry

Halloween Party Saturday 30th October from 4:30-6 and then 6-7:30

30th October (younger children 4.30-6 then older ones 6-7.30) . It will consist of games, martial arts drills and skills, its fancy dress and there are lots of prizes and sweets (naughty I know) to be won. It is also open to friends of students. We have limited spaces so its first come first served ask us about tickets

September Colour Grading - 26th Sept 2010

If you would like to be considered for grading see our grading information . Fees are £20, if this could be paid as soon as possible we can then start to plan the time slots.

Easter Closing Dates - Friday 2nd April to Mon 5th April (inc)

We will be taking a break over Easter, the last class before Easter will be on Thursday 1st April and classes will restart on Tuesday 6th April.

Juniors One Training Camp Sunday 31st Jan 10am

Due to the recent snowy weather many students have not been able to get to the club to train, in response to this we are having a FREE one day training camp on:

We have enough places for 40 and spaces are filling very fast (Now Full). If you couldn't make this date - don't worry we are keeping a list of all those interested and we are organising an additional date for those who couldn't make it this time, so let Jamie or Becky know if your are interested.

Grading December 13th - 9am start

The grading times for Sunday have been announced, please remember that these are approximate times:

If possible please bring your licence in before Sunday, and if you don't have a photo in your licence, please supply two photos. This makes it easier for the chief examiner to identify and award marks to you.

Grading December 6th - 10am start

Grading will take place on the December 6th, please give your name and the grading fee of £20, at the desk. If you are unsure or have any questions about if you are ready to grade, please see Becky or Jamie ASAP

If possible please bring your licence in before Sunday.

Grading October 11th - Approx. times

Grading will take place on the October 11th, please give your name and the grading fee of £20, at the desk. If you are unsure or have any questions about if you are ready to grade, please see Becky or Jamie. If you want to grade, we are able to take payments from now onwards, we recommend not leaving this too late.

Black Belt grading will take place in November.

Grading September Sept/Oct

Grading will take place late September early October and the next colour belt grading will still take place in December. Dates will be available early September.

Training Camp '09...

All students are welcome to the summer camp. Its running for two weeks this year but as with previous years you may select as many or as few days you want to come. Each day runs from 10am to 2pm, please ask at the desk for more information.

Week 1: Monday 10th August, Tuesday 11th & Thursday 13th, Friday 14th

Week 2: Monday 17th August, Tuesday 18th & Thursday 20th, Friday 21th

Directions: Venue is Norton Hill sports centre at the back of the school. Its easy to get to by following the last entrance to the school and continuing up that road.

The Club has been forced to closed for today due to the adverse snowy weather. We will also be closed tomorrow if the weather conditions are the same.

Times for Grading Day Sunday 1st Feb ...

The next grading will take place on the Sunday 1st Feb. If you want to be considered for grading, register with us as soon as possible, time is short and space may be limited. We will then inform you if we consider you ready for this grading day. To grade please bring in your licence (and two photos if its your first grading), plus grading fee.

Evolution Health & Fitness - Paulton Gym, Grand Opening Sat 13th Dec - Special offers

Saturday the 13th of December 9am onwards you are invited the Grand Opening of Evolution Health & Fitness - Paulton Gym.

Run by Jamie, Becky, Dan and Mark from our academy, Paulton gym will provide a high level of support and encouragement to each individual helping you reach your fitness goals.

Black belt hopefuls - Pre grading practiced session - Sunday 23rd November

This session must be attended in order to for students to meet the required standard, for the technical test next week.

Black belt hopefuls - Fitness Test -Coventry Saturday 15th November 2pm

This is the fitness test, part of the road to black belt. We expect to be leaving Radstock at 11am.

This is the first in a series of tests for our students wanting to achieve Black belt.

We will be holding a fitnesss test at the academy on Sunday 2nd November at 11am. All students hoping to take black belt must complete this test first.

The tang soo do competition is on Saturday 4th October, Thornbury leisure centre, Bristol. It will have sparring, patterns and weapons sections and entry forms are available from Jamie and should be returned to him, to enter.

Grading - Sunday 5th October

Grading starts at 9am, with beginner grades. Highier grades will probably need to come in later.

Summer Camp 11th, 12th, 14th, 15 August

This year's Summer camp dates are the 11th, 12th, 14th and 15th of August.
